The 10 Most Effective Biceps Workouts With Dumbbells

Hi everyone. today lets know about,

The 10 Most Effective Biceps Workouts With Dumbbells

Here are the 10 best biceps workouts to perform with dumbbells:
Standing Curls — This is a basic movement that hits your arms very effectively! It’s a beginner-friendly bicep exercise for men, one that anyone can perform with any amount of weight. The beauty of this movement is that there are a lot of ways to perform it: one arm at a time, both arms together, slower for greater concentration, etc. It’s highly efficient and a good exercise to include in your workout
standing bicep curl pose
Here’s how it’s done:
Preacher Curls — This movement is best performed with a barbell but using dumbbells is a good alternative. The fact that your elbow is resting on a bench means that ALL of the strain is on your biceps. This isolation exercise is highly effective, and will help to work the short head (the part of the muscle near your elbow). Take the movement slowly and focus on your form, and you’ll see visible progress in no time!
preacher curls
Here’s how it’s done:
Incline Curls — This exercise has effects similar to preacher curls, but it hits the upper bicep as effectively as the lower bicep. However, it’s a much easier movement than Preacher Curl, one that comes with a lower risk of injury. You can engage your shoulders to help lift the heavy weight, but otherwise, it’s an isolation movement that places all the strain on your arms. You’ll find that it’s one of the best exercises to include in your arm training.
Incline curls
Here’s how it’s done:
Hammer Curls — If you want to have big arms, you can’t be content just to work out your biceps. You have to pay attention to your forearms as well! With hammer curls, you change the angle of the movement. Twisting your wrists places a lot of strain on your forearms, and you’ll find that it will help to strengthen your grip. It will also give you a WIDER bicep. For more well-rounded arm musculature, it’s the movement you definitely want to include.

Concentration Curls — This is another beautiful exercise to isolate your arm muscles and remove your shoulders and back from the equation. It’s not an easy one to get right, and takes a bit of practice to isolate the muscle. But once you master the form, you’ll find that it’s one of the best to work the lower head of the bicep (the part of the bulge near your elbow). Here’s how it’s done:
concentration curls
Here’s how its done:
Drag Curls — This is a slightly unusual workout, but a very effective one. Instead of curling the weight out, you use your arms to drag the dumbbells up along the front of your chest. This places all the strain on the upper head of your biceps (the part near your shoulders), but engages your anterior deltoids (shoulders) and forearms. The result: bigger, stronger arms! Definitely, a movement you want to add to Arm Day.
drag curls
Here’s how it’s done:
Cheat Curls — With a simple standing curl, you use only the strength of your arms to bring the weight to your shoulder. With Cheat Curls, however, you use the motion of your hips and back to lift the weight. The fact that you’re swinging a bit means you can handle a heavier load, making this one of the best arms exercises to increase your curl weight by 10 or 15 pounds. For serious muscle overloading, this is the exercise to try!
cheat curls
Here’s how it’s done:
Outside Curls — Regular bicep curls are highly effective, but they just hit your muscles from one angle. By turning your arms outward (perpendicular to your body), you take the weight off your shoulders and hit your biceps from another angle. It’s a great movement to help build the outside of your arm muscles, giving you the strength needed for Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups. Be warned: don’t use too much weight, or you risk injuring your shoulders or pulling a muscle!
outside curls
Here’s how it’s done:
Alternating Iso Hold Curl — This takes a difficult movement and doubles down on the awesome! With this exercise, you do so much more than just curl. While one arm is curling, the other is holding the position. This leads to a VERY effective isometric workout (muscle contractions without moving the muscle), which can seriously enhance your endurance. It’s a good “finisher” to perform at the end of your arm workout.
alternating iso hold curl
Here’s how it’s done:
21 S — This exercise hits your arms from every angle, and it combines strength and endurance training for maximum results. Do it right, and you’ll feel the burn in no time!
Here’s how it’s done: Grip a dumbbell in each hand. Perform 7 reps of half-curls, bringing the weights from your side up to chest level. Without taking a break, perform 7 reps of Reverse Curls, bringing the weights from shoulder level down to chest level and back up. Without pausing, move on to the final 7 reps of regular Standing Curls. That is 1 set!
These are the best effective dumbbell exercises to help you build bigger biceps. For the most efficient arm workout, perform no more than 8 sets of biceps exercises for men–picking and choosing from among the exercises listed above.

Thank you. Stay tuned.

TIPS FOR GYM BEGINNERS

HAI EVERYONE. How are you all ? I hope u all fine. Today I like to share some tips for gym beginners.

1. Make Fitness A Habit

Going to the gym once is definitely a great start, but you won't see positive changes in your mind and body unless you make hitting the gym a habit. I know it might sound like an impossible task, especially if you feel you have a full day already, but working out 3-4 times each week for at least three weeks is absolutely essential to your budding success. Building lifelong habits takes time, but once you've built those habits into your daily schedule you'll notice that missing them is irritating.

2. Control Your Lifts

Beginners often learn by watching. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but if you copy somebody doing a lift improperly, it means you're not doing it right, either. Most often, bad form comes from trying to lift too much weight too soon. When that happens, most people turn to momentum rather than muscle contraction to move the weight.

3. Do Compound Movements

Beginners interested in fitness can be easily distracted by complex training techniques found in magazines and online articles. If you've never stepped foot in a gym or haven't been in one for a long time, going right to isolation moves that work just one muscle group at a time won't bring you the best results.

4. Posture Perfect

How your spine is set during your lifts can have a huge impact on your body and the amount of weight you're able to lift. Unless you're a pro power lifter or are being coached in a specific way, it's best to keep your lower back slightly arched, your chest up, and your head and neck in a neutral position, no matter which lift you're doing.

5. Learn From Your Mistakes

Nobody started out as an expert. You're just beginning, so remember that you are going to make mistakes. That's the way it is with all things. The trick is to pay attention to these mistakes and learn from them.
Think about your body and how it responds to your lifts, your diet, and even your attitude. No two people are entirely alike. The better you understand yourself, the more you can tailor your workout program to your own needs. This means better results in your future.

Thats all for today.. hopefully this tips useful for u all..Thank you.. Stay Tuned...

FLIGHT CRASH

HAI EVERYONE. TODAY I WANT TO SHARE ABOUT THE FLIGHT CRASH HAPPENED YESTERDAY. ( 10/3/2019 )

An Ethiopian Airlines jet has crashed shortly after take-off from Addis Ababa, killing all on board.
The Boeing 737 Max-8 aircraft that crashed on Sunday
The airline said 149 passengers and eight crew members were on flight ET302 from the Ethiopian capital to Nairobi in Kenya.
It said 32 Kenyans, 18 Canadians, eight Americans and seven British nationals were among the passengers.
The crash happened at 08:44 local time, six minutes after the months-old Boeing 737 Max-8 took off.
Another plane of the same model was involved in a crash less than five months ago, when a Lion Air flight crashed into the sea near Indonesia with nearly 190 people on board.

Do we know how it happened?

The cause of the disaster is not yet clear. However, the pilot had reported difficulties and had asked to return to Addis Ababa, the airline said.
"At this stage, we cannot rule out anything," Ethiopian Airlines CEO Tewolde Gebremariam told reporters at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa.
"We cannot also attribute the cause to anything because we will have to comply with the international regulation to wait for the investigation."
Visibility was said to be good but air traffic monitor Flight radar 24 reported that the plane's "vertical speed was unstable after take-off".
An eyewitness at the scene told the BBC there was an intense fire as the aircraft hit the ground.
"The blast and the fire were so strong that we couldn't get near it," he said. "Everything is burnt down."
First word of the crash came when Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed expressed his "deepest condolences" on Twitter.

Map showing the flight path

Recovery operations were under way near the crash site around the town of Bishoftu, which is 60km (37 miles) south-east of the capital.
The plane was delivered to Ethiopian Airlines on 15 November last year. It underwent a "rigorous first check maintenance" on 4 February, the airline tweeted.
THANK YOU EVERYONE..Lets pray for their peace in heaven. Deepest condolences for the victims family. 😭😭😭

Happy women’s day❤️

Hi everyone today I want to wish happy women’s  day to all respectful woman’s in the world and specially to my mother and sisters.

International Women’s Day events are held worldwide on March 8. Various women, including political, community, and business leaders, as well as leading educators, inventors, entrepreneurs, and television personalities, are usually invited to speak at various events on the day. Such events may include seminars, conferences, luncheons, dinners or breakfasts. The messages given at these events often focus on various themes such as innovation, the portrayal of women in the media, or the importance of education and career opportunities.
Many students in schools and other educational settings participate in special lessons, debates or presentations about the importance of women in society, their influence, and issues that affect them. In some countries school children bring gifts to their female teachers and receive small presents from friends or family members. Many workplaces make a special mention about International Women’s Day through internal newsletters or notices, or by handing out promotional material focusing on the day.
Thank you guys. See you soon☺️

Wonderful Quotes

Hai.. Good day everyone..Today I like to share some wonderful quotes from my Reading..The quotes are really touchful...
I DEDICATED THIS QUOTES SPECIALLY FOR MY WORLD ( MY LOVELY MOM )..

The bond that a child develops with his mother can never be severed. You grew as an organism inside her for nine months. She carried you and sustained you, sharing her sustenance with you through your umbilical cord. When you are born the cord is severed. It is never severed in her heart. That bond lasts forever. As we grow up we become our own people and may come to forget that woman who nurtured and loved us. But remember this, she will never forget you and never stop loving you.

HISTORY OF GYMNASIUM

Hai everyone. I'm back. Now, I like to share a new topic. As you all know my one of the hobby is Gymnasium. So I like to share History of my Hobby. ( History of GYMNASIUM ) I hope this will be useful for you all and you all can know about Gymnasium.

The first gymnasiums in history were dated over 3000 years ago, in ancient Persia, where they were known as Zurkhaneh, as areas that encouraged physical fitness.

But gyms formally came into existence in ancient Greece. The word 'gymnasium' is derived from the Greek word 'gymnos', which means naked. Gyms were usually a locality for the education of young men, which included physical education and bathing and studying. The ancient Greek gymnasiums were places where athletes trained for public games such as the Olympics.

After this, gyms disappeared for centuries. By the 19th century, schools and colleges started building gymnasiums. The YMCA also built a number of gyms for physical exercise, social sports and games.

In the 1930s, boxing gyms came into existence, with the founding of Cus D'Amanto's Gramercy Gym in Manhattan in 1939. These gyms aimed to train fighters and boxers and were not places for general exercise.

Between the 1960s and 1970s, gymnasium chains came into existence. In 1965, the Gold's gym chain was founded by Joe Gold in Venice, California and it became a landmark for bodybuilders. By the 1980s, gyms were common and many gyms chains were founded, such as 24 Hour Fitness (1983) and LA Fitness (1984). It was in this era that corporate gyms came into existence as the employers were keen on getting their employees fit and healthy.

The gymnasium industry sprung up post the 1990s, where fitness was associated with gyms and people made it their priority. More gyms were founded, including Lifetime Fitness in 1990, Equinox Fitness in 1991, and Virgin Active in 1999.

National fitness campaigns were started in China prior to the 2008 Summer Olympics with the introduction of outdoor gyms. These gyms blended the ideas of jogging paths and obstacle courses, in addition to open areas where people could do a variety of exercises. Such gyms were widely accepted and over 37 million square feet of outdoor gymnasiums were built across China from 1998 to 2008. Participation levels in physical activity steadily increased since the outdoor gym concept was introduced.

The number of people joining gyms has increased over the years, proving a boon to the gym industry. We have the best of equipment, which only gets better, and gyms seems to get more popular with each decade.

Raj Rajah
